When our order does not arrive within the reasonable time – don’t panic, 99.9% its still doing the long way, for a safe landing at your arms. Please contact us and we will help.
Sometimes the mail services can be slow (imagine that?!) and we have to be patience, although it really drives us crazy to wait.

Shipping WORLDWIDE from ISRAEL.

All Items are insured for loss or damage.

** EMS – Express Mail (4-5 business days) ** Sea Mail (1-2 months).

Shipping cost is calculated according to total weight of the item/s packed and include packing materials and labor costs per item or per order, as applicable. For price estimate please refer to the shipping tables below.

Shipping times:

Standard Airmail usually takes 7 – 14 business days (1-2 weeks) for arrival.
In some rare occasions shipping can take up to one (1) month, unfortunately.

EMS (Express Shipping) takes 4 – 5 business days, please let us know if you want us to ship with EMS.

Delays in shipping times

 may occur depending on location and local post services (also around holiday times).

Domestic handling time

Handling time is usually 1-3 business days after payment. For hand made items, handling time may take up to one (1) week, or more, as stated in the listing.

If you like to return an item (for any reason), please contact us BEFORE Shipping back, so we can provide you with shipping instructions.
We will do our best to solve the situation with you on the best side. 
You may return item/s within 14 days from receipt of your order.

Depending on each case, a full refund of the item price, not including shipping costs, will be given, or credit for purchasing another item, to the customer’s choice. The item should be returned in its original condition and packed well.
Shipping back costs will be on the customer’s expense. In case of damaged item on delivery don’t panic 🙂 and please contact us.

If possible please fill an “item damaged on delivery” form at the local post office where you received the parcel. Estimated Shipping Rates, from Israel The rates in the tables are for estimate purposes only and applicable to changes in post services shipping rates. The rates include packing materials and labor costs per item or per order, as applicable. This is mostly determined by complexity of packing, for example for fragile items that require special attention and extra paddings the cost will be close to the higher estimate price. For large size orders also consider Sea Mail which is cheaper and reliable but takes 1-2 months.
